really good apps If they could/would fix these problems, its a 5 star game for sure!

This app is convenient for simple bookings but it doesnt have all the features available on the ctrip website like packages for flights and hotels - otherwise it is good

Finally an app in and for China that is clear and easy to understand... All in English and very easy to use!!

I have used Ctrip extensively for flights and hotels in China, since 2007, and have used the app several times. Both the Company and the app are great. Great prices. Great customer service. Reliable. Friendly. Excellent English speaking staff. Highly recommend.

This is my first time using the app. The first two times I tried to book my ticket I got a "this flight not available now, retry later" message. I went back and changed the "level" of my ticket and it went thru. If a flight is out of discount seats, it should not be offered or tell you that they are unavailable. Irritating and frustrating.

Navigating in China can be rough. I cant believe how easy this app makes it, especially for trains. Even the cancel feature works flawlessly. A must for travelers that want to really see the hinterlands where English wont help you. Much faster than the official Chinese-language app for trains, which is key if youre booking during Chinese holidays. Much slicker than the ctrip website, frankly.

The app is very user friendly. I use it to broke my domestic flights in China from oversee. Ctrip also has an excellent customer communication with her client. Anytime when there is a problem on broking online an agent from its Shanghai office will make an international call to you to help to solve the problem. I highly recommend this app and also its website.

checking flight status such as knowing which terminal, check-in counter as well as baggage claim is convenient. i get to share this detail to the people who are going to pick me up at the gate with share functions too.

I sometimes book through this app for their reasonable hotel deals

Been using this for sometime and the function that i find most useful is the locate nearby hotels for tonight to get deals nearby.
