Trip.com: Book Flights, Hotels App Reviews

It showed incorrect classes for my flight after I booked. I had to cancel and lost the fair. I thought I had made a mistake. Later booked another flight and it had the same issue. It was showing incorrect information but the email confirmation was showing the correct flight. Reported the issue to their support line but they never followed up. Maybe okay to book very simple economy tickets or if you have a lot of free time to follow up with their support. Ok for simple searches.

Easy to use, detailed info. The only thing i would like is for the ipad version to be able to rotate the screen to landscape view and allow the user to adjust the font settings so visually impaired people like myself, can read the screen easier

Ctrip uses this app to send junk push notifications. Very annoying.

this buggy app is dangerous. lots of Special Deals are full of fine print you dont get until confirmation along with losing your ability to modify it. its a borderline scam. no stars if i could.

Think this app is the prettiest Ive ever used. Booking flights and hotels at the same time couldnt be easier. It also has a guide map and direction function that can be used if you are not from the area you are traveling and if you get lost, just turn the map direction function on and it will show you the way^^ I think the flight search function is nice to know when you will be arriving and boarding...

Very useful application! Save money

They only take money and dont have any responsibility for that. I paid for tickets, they take money from my account, after I come on train station they told me they dont have ticket for me, I need wait more 2 days to get any free tickets. And this company still didnt refund my money back. So better buy in qunar!!! 10000000000 better! No cancelation for 2 years already. Ctrip just take money for nothing.

I dont know either this is bug or feature but I cant still book a hotel room for two guests (only one) even there is two guests allowed in room. but I can do this on ctrip site
